Being a content creator
Apart from designing, I am also known as a small content creator called @Miss_MeowCha on TikTok!
I started my TikTok channel in 2021 as a hobby to connect wth the anime and gaming community. My content was primarily unboxing collectable goods that I added to my room and ranged from manga, collectible figures, "kawaii"/cute items and even cute Asian food finds! In 2023, I shifted my content to be more PC/gaming based because I got my first custom built gaming PC and the topic was trending a lot more than anime content.
I specifically chose TikTok as my platform as it was an emerging social media platform with a very strong influence. I was fond of how there was no bias in who/what videos can go viral due to its randomised algorithm (as opposed to platforms like Instagram in which you need to have an already established following base in order to gain lots of views).
